Industrial Maintenance Lead (2nd Shift TIG Welding & Food Mfg)

We are seeking a seasoned professional with over five years of industrial maintenance experience, particularly skilled in multi-phase electrical systems and TIG aluminum welding. This direct hire position is for the 2nd shift, running from 1 PM to 9 PM, Monday to Friday, with only minimal overtime required. Enjoy a competitive hourly wage of $33-$38, supplemented by a $3/hr shift differential. As an integral part of our maintenance leadership, you'll carry out preventative maintenance, system troubleshooting, and equipment repairs, ensuring machinery operates at peak efficiency. Your role involves installing and upgrading equipment, wiring complex electrical systems, fabricating via TIG welding, and collaborating with diverse teams to optimize production efficiency.
