EXPERIENCE
3+ Years Industrial Machinery Maintenance COMP $30.00 - $38.00 per hour (Plus shift differentials)
LOCATION
Greater Milwaukee / North Shore area
SCHEDULE

What You Will Be Doing Performing advanced diagnostics and precision repairs on high-capacity industrial automation machinery and robotics Reading and interpreting complex mechanical drawings and electrical schematics to resolve system failures efficiently Troubleshooting and optimizing performance for Allen Bradley and Siemens Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) Executing comprehensive maintenance on AC/DC electrical systems and integrated pneumatic circuits Utilizing welding and fabrication skills to repair or modify critical machine components as needed Collaborating with production teams to prioritize repairs and maximize overall facility uptime
What We Are Looking For Experience:
3+ years of hands-on industrial machinery maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Technical Skills:
Proven ability to read and understand sophisticated mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
Automation Knowledge:
Practical experience working with industrial automation, including PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley/Siemens)
Mechanical Mastery:
Strong foundational knowledge of pneumatics and AC/DC electrical systems
Fabrication:
Proficiency in basic welding for machinery repair and equipment maintenance
Reliability:
A solid, stable work history and the ability to work your assigned shift (with 3rd shift including on-call weekend rotation)
Requirements:
