In this pivotal role, you will oversee maintenance operations across manufacturing and industrial facilities, ensuring equipment and systems operate at peak performance. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate complex projects, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Supervise daily maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure operational efficiency. Oversee the management of maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, asset histories, and inventory levels. Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime during equipment repairs or upgrades while ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or equipment installations, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline adherence. Interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations concerning high voltage and low voltage electrical systems; conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments. Skills Proven management experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance environments with strong leadership capabilities. Extensive knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and electrical troubleshooting—including high voltage and low voltage systems. Proficiency with CMMS platforms for maintenance management; ability to analyze data for continuous improvement. Mechanical expertise in industrial maintenance practices; familiarity with HVAC systems and facilities management principles. Skilled in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong understanding of electrical systems using tools such as ohmmeters for diagnostics; experience working with industrial schematics is essential. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively collaborate across teams; supervising experience is highly valued.
