This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee maintenance activities, manage a team of technicians, and implement innovative solutions that enhance equipment reliability and safety. The Maintenance Supervisor will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of mechanical, electrical, and systems performance across the facility, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Duties Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback to ensure efficient operations. Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on industrial machinery and systems. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, maintenance history, and inventory levels for optimal resource management. Manage electrical systems including high voltage and low voltage equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical specifications. Troubleshoot mechanical issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools; repair or coordinate repairs for HVAC systems, pumps, conveyors, and other critical equipment. Supervise projects related to facilities management such as upgrades to electrical infrastructure or installation of programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Ensure adherence to safety protocols related to electrical work, high voltage systems, and industrial maintenance procedures. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime by implementing effective maintenance strategies aligned with manufacturing schedules. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, safety checks, and compliance records. Foster a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement within the maintenance team. Experience Proven supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment with a strong background in facilities management. Extensive mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience including working with high voltage and low voltage systems. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting electrical circuits using tools like ohmmeters. Familiarity with CMMS software for managing maintenance workflows efficiently. Knowledge of HVAC systems and building facilities management practices. Demonstrated ability to lead projects involving electrical upgrades or system installations within an industrial setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and collaboration across departments.
