Job Description

Carew Concrete & Supply Co., Inc. is seeking a Diesel Fleet Mechanic Supervisor to join our team at our Fond Du Lac facility! This position is year round, full-time and will be responsible for safely and efficiently performing a wide range of needed major or minor, routine repairs and maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment. The Fleet Mechanic Supervisor will ensure that all company equipment is mechanically maintained to the highest safety standards. The target number of vehicles kept mechanically available for service by following fleet maintenance best practices, including having a structured preventive maintenance program. Maintenance costs are controlled through efficient labor scheduling and effective purchasing practices.
