JOB SUMMARY A
Maintenance Supervisor is the lead of the maintenance department. The position oversees and coordinates all maintenance activities related to CNC machines and equipment within the facility and the facility itself. This role is crucial in ensuring CNC machines operate efficiently, reliably, and safely while minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develops and implements a maintenance plan for CNC machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Schedules routine preventive maintenance tasks to minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems on CNC machines and all other equipment.
  • Leads, trains, and supervises our team of Maintenance Technicians.
  • Assigns tasks, sets priorities, and ensures the team works efficiently and safely.
  • Keeps detailed records of maintenance activities and machine history.
  • Coordinates with equipment suppliers and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensures that safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
  • Fosters transparent, open, and positive communication with team members.
  • Requires working on and with aerial lifts.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Great knowledge of safety regulations.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • College degree in the manufacturing field.
  • Apprenticeship or vocational training.
  • Experience in manufacturing management.

Pay:
$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
