Our paid Planning Admin Internship is located at Jockey's corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI - an easy commute from the greater Milwaukee/Racine areas, Northern IL, or surrounding southeast WI regions. Plus, work schedules are very flexible in order accommodate class schedules/commitments.

Competitive salary Onsite professional training Ongoing mentorship from management The Planning Admin Intern will work closely with our Corporate Planning team on a variety of projects, including:

Process Improvement:

Support the team in identification of process inefficiencies in supply chain planning and propose improvements.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data. Assist the Planning team with report creation.

Documentation & SOP Development:

Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new and improved processes. Assisting with data entry and file organization.

Project Support:

Contribute to key supply chain projects as needed. Perform other duties/projects as requested

Candidate Qualifications:

Ability to work at Jockey's corporate office in Kenosha, WI. (No relocation or housing assistance provided for this position.) Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field. GPA 3.0 or above. Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
