Job Description

Overview Join a small, but busy team as an Automotive Service Manager/Advisor, where your expertise will drive exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. In this energetic role, you'll serve as the vital link between customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring vehicle repairs and maintenance are handled efficiently, accurately, and with a focus on customer satisfaction. Duties Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs with enthusiasm and professionalism Provide detailed explanations of repairs and maintenance procedures, ensuring transparency and trust Manage the service department workflow, coordinating with technicians to prioritize jobs and meet deadlines Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, brake repairs, transmissions, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, suspension work, and auto body repairs to maximize customer value Prepare accurate auto estimates using automotive diagnostics tools and service writing software Oversee vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues using mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills Handle warranty and fleet administration Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Lead by example in promoting automotive safety standards and quality workmanship across all repair services Experience Proven dealership experience or extensive auto service management background with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes Hands-on mechanic experience or familiarity with automotive diagnostics, transmissions, oil changes, tire service, alignment, suspension systems, shocks & struts, brake repair, diesel engines, air brakes, and other key automotive systems Skilled in auto estimating software and service writing to accurately document repairs and communicate costs to customers Demonstrated ability in upselling services while maintaining integrity and customer trust Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure satisfaction throughout the service process Ford Dealership and Warranty administration a plus Join us in delivering outstanding automotive care that keeps vehicles running smoothly while creating memorable customer experiences. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
