This energetic role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of production lines, facilities, and equipment. As a Maintenance Lead, you will champion safety, efficiency, and reliability by leading a team of maintenance technicians and collaborating with various departments. Your expertise in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, mechanical processes, and facilities management will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Duties Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance across all plant equipment and facilities. Develop and implement maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize uptime and reduce downtime. Troubleshoot electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage circuits, using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Manage programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation systems to ensure seamless manufacturing operations. Oversee HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and industrial machinery to maintain optimal performance standards. Coordinate with production teams to prioritize maintenance tasks that support manufacturing goals while minimizing disruptions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical work, high voltage systems, and general facilities management. Lead projects related to equipment upgrades, facility improvements, or new installations with effective project management practices. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment history using CMMS software. Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, continuous learning, and proactive problem-solving within the maintenance department. Skills Proven management experience leading maintenance teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience in high voltage and low voltage systems. Expertise in industrial maintenance practices including troubleshooting schematics and reading technical diagrams. Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) used in automation processes. Experience with CMMS platforms for work order management and asset tracking. Knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management principles, and safety standards applicable to manufacturing settings. Project management skills to oversee upgrades or new installations from planning through execution. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate teams while ensuring quality standards are met. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting. Strong communication skills in English for clear reporting, documentation, and team collaboration.
