What You'll Do Lead and develop a team of Shop Foremen, Service Advisors, and Diesel Technicians Drive shop performance, maintaining 96%+ technician efficiency and minimizing comebacks Partner with leadership to execute business plans and grow service department revenue Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including resolving concerns and generating new business Collaborate with recruiting to attract and retain top technician talent Oversee employee development, training progress, and performance evaluations Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained shop environment Monitor tools, equipment, and operational readiness Uphold company standards What We're Looking For Proven leadership experience in a dealership or fleet service environment Minimum 4+ years of supervisory experience Strong understanding of heavy-duty truck service operations Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve performance metrics Excellent communication skills with customers, employees, and leadership Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Team-oriented mindset with a focus on employee growth and retention Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Combination of relevant diesel industry experience and training Ability to travel as needed Valid driver's license Ready to Lead?
