Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and operational integrity of our group of 10 facilities in SE Wisconsin. This pivotal role involves managing a team responsible for ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in facilities management, project oversight, and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the facilities maintenance team (2 direct reports) to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Basic HVAC knowledge is helpful. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades, repairs, or installations while adhering to safety protocols and budget constraints. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Manage fire safety for buildings. Supervise contractors or external service providers as needed for specialized tasks or large-scale projects. Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement within the facilities team. Experience Proven management experience in facilities management. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, plumbing, and troubleshooting techniques. Supervising experience with teams involved in maintenance planning, execution, and safety compliance. Valid and insurable driver record. LS123

$59,510.50 - $75,000.00 per year
