Job Description

Maintenance Manager KAD Staffing $110k-$150k United States, Wisconsin, Waukesha Jun 11, 2026 Maintenance Manager Responsibilities Lead and develop maintenance and engineering teams across multiple facilities. Drive equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Oversee installation, testing, qualification, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment. Manage facility maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and grounds). Plan & execute capital equipment and facility improvement projects. Coordinate contractors/vendors, and service providers ensuring quality & cost-effectiveness Develop budgets, project timelines, facility layouts, and equipment specifications. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DNR, and other regulatory requirements. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Evaluate performance, provide coaching and training, and support employee development. Partner with cross functional teams to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency. Qualifications; Bachelor's Degree preferred Journeyman Machinist Certification a PLUS Knowledge of OSHA and safety programs 8+ years of management experience in a CNC machining or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of maintenance management, manufacturing engineering, facilities management, and capital projects. Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting expertise. Ability to make sound decisions independently in both routine and emergency situations. Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and project management skills. Experience with
ISO 9001
standards, corrective actions, SPC, and manufacturing systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
