Associate's in Industrial Tech or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) COMP Up to $120,000 annually (Based on experience)

As the Maintenance Operations Lead, you won't just be "fixing things"; you will be owning projects from cradle-to-grave. You will join a highly collaborative team where you can see your custom equipment builds come to life. What You Will Be Doing Supervising and mentoring a team of Automation & Control Technicians across shifts to ensure elite workmanship and documentation Performing root-cause analysis on complex, recurring equipment issues and implementing preventative solutions Developing clear, consistent training programs and a peer-to-peer mentorship system for technicians and operators Managing advanced electronic repairs, assigning shift tasks, and prioritizing high-impact maintenance projects Coordinating company-wide maintenance routines and overseeing various automation-related capital projects Traveling occasionally to regional sites to support new equipment commissioning and ensure process standardization Upholding rigorous electrical safety standards, including
NFPA 70E
compliance and hazard mitigation
What We Are Looking For Technical Leadership:
6+ years of maintenance experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role (managing technical professionals is a plus)
Advanced Systems:
Deep knowledge of industrial controls, automation components, and integrated manufacturing systems
Safety Mastery:
Strong background in
NFPA 70E
Electrical Safety and electrical hazard mitigation techniques
Project Management:
Proven ability to manage "cradle-to-grave" equipment projects and communicate effectively across departments
Education:
An Associate's degree in Industrial Technology or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) is required
Professionalism:
A solid, stable work history demonstrating long-term commitment and growth
Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder residing within 45 minutes of the Wausau area
