COPY LINK link Maintenance Director Whitewater, WI Direct Hire Opportunity $72,000+ Salary (Depending on Experience) Monday-Friday | 7:00/7:30 AM•3:30/4:00 PM Adecco is recruiting on behalf of a well-established senior livinganization in Whitewater, WI, seeking an experienced Maintenance Director. This is a direct-hire position, meaning the selected candidate will be hired directly by the employer and be part of their leadership team from day one. This role oversees maintenance operations for multiple senior livingmunities, including assisted living, memory care, and condominium-style residences. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, technical maintenance expertise, and amitment to providing a safe andfortable environment for residents. Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee maintenance operations across multiple residentialmunities. Ensure buildings, equipment, and grounds are maintained to the highest standards. Manage preventative maintenance programs and facility inspections. Coordinate and supervise outside vendors and contractors. Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building systems. Ensurepliance with applicable safety, life safety, and building regulations. Partner with executive leadership and department directors on facility planning and improvements. Respond to maintenance-related emergencies and operational needs. Qualifications 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in maintenance, facilities, or building operations. Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systems. Excellentmunication and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize projects and manage multiple facilities effectively. Experience working with contractors and service providers. Knowledge of CBRF regulations and Life Safety Codes preferred. Senior living, healthcare, or multi-site facility experience is a plus. Pay Details:
