Job Description

High-Performance Service Manager
  • High Volume Import Dealership We're not looking for average—and neither are our customers.
Our high-volume import dealership is seeking a proven Service Manager who knows how to drive both exceptional customer experience and elite-level productivity. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demands accountability, and knows how to build a team that delivers results every single day.
What You'll Own:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing service team (advisors, technicians, support staff)
  • Drive top-tier customer satisfaction—not just good scores, but memorable experiences
  • Maximize shop productivity, efficiency, and profitability
  • Maintain strong workflow processes that keep the shop moving at high volume without sacrificing quality
  • Monitor KPIs daily: hours per RO, effective labor rate, technician efficiency, CSI, and retention
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Build a culture of accountability, energy, and continuous improvement
What We Expect:
  • Proven success as a Service Manager in a high-volume dealership environment (import experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership presence—you don't manage from behind a desk
  • Deep understanding of fixed ops metrics and how to move them
  • Ability to balance speed, quality, and customer experience without compromise
  • High standards and a solutions-first mindset
  • Strong communication skills with both customers and internal teams
