Responsibilities:

Manage overall workflow of the shop, ensuring timely completion of services. Communicate job assignments clearly and efficiently to team members. Order, track, and manage shop supplies and product inventory ensuring availability of products. Maintain a high standard of quality control for all detailing services performed. Ability to manage, train, and support the detailing team. Strong understanding of the auto detailing procedures, tools, and products. Prior experience working in a detailing shop or related automotive service environment. Continuously assess operational workflows and propose adjustments to improve efficiency and service quality.
