We're looking for a Maintenance Planner to take ownership of scheduling, coordination, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate all maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime Build and manage preventive maintenance programs based on equipment needs and performance Create and prioritize work orders, ensuring alignment with production schedules Partner with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to drive efficiency and reliability Manage parts inventory, including sourcing, tracking, and staging materials for upcoming work Analyze equipment performance and help improve maintenance processes over time Respond to urgent maintenance needs and adjust schedules accordingly Train team members on maintenance systems and best practices
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of maintenance, facilities, or related experience Strong experience with CMMS or similar maintenance systems Solid understanding of preventative maintenance and equipment reliability Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience working with inventory, purchasing, or supply chain processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
