Job Description

Millwright Field Workers
  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. The Millwright will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and dismantling machinery and equipment in industrial settings. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, precision, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school certification or apprenticeship preferred.
- Proven experience as a Millwright -Minimum 5 yrs experience in craft Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions. Must be able to work at heights.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Install, assemble, and align machinery and equipment according to specifications.
Maintain and repair machinery to ensure optimal performance. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues. Dismantle machinery and equipment for repair or transportation. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating parts, cleaning, and adjusting equipment. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
  • Skills:
  • Strong mechanical skills and knowledge.
Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work well independently and in a team. Good communication skills. Problem-solving abilities. Excellent attendance required Must pass drug test/ physical / Everify Background check Journeyman rate with minimum 5 years verifiable experience is 30.00 hr and per diem is paid at "days worked" rate of 125.00 per day- subject to minimum of 8 hrs worked.
