This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and is responsible for the installation, repair, and precision overhaul of critical large-scale machinery and mechanical asset components.

Compensation and Benefits Hourly Wage:

$30.00 - $48.00 per hour, commensurate with experience (DOE)

Clear pathways for training and internal promotion Key Responsibilities Removal, repair, fabrication, installation, and precision alignment of heavy bearings, rotating shafts, engines, generators, and large drive systems. Mechanical troubleshooting and component overhauls on diverse industrial equipment. Collaboration with team members to ensure facility safety and efficiency.

Candidate Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Millwright, Industrial Shop Machinist, Plant Maintenance Mechanic, or Heavy Equipment Mechanic. Basic written and verbal English proficiency is required for workplace safety and team coordination. Local San Francisco Bay Area applicants only (no relocation assistance available).
