5:00 AM•1:30 PM (Monday•Friday) Job Description Parker is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing CNC machinery, machine shop equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and facility equipment. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with CNC machines, lathes, mills, grinders, presses, pumps, valves, hydraulic systems, and industrial maintenance practices. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and align CNC machine tools and numerical control systems. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNCs, lathes, mills, grinders, presses, and other machine shop equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical system malfunctions. Install, relocate, align, and commission production machinery and equipment. Overhaul pumps, valves, cylinders, accumulators, filters, and hydraulic components. Fabricate and repair hydraulic and pneumatic tubing, piping, hoses, and fittings. Setup and operate welding equipment (arc and acetylene) for fabrication and repair work. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and technical documentation. Perform machine calibration, testing, and precision alignment after repairs or installation. Troubleshoot computerized machine controls, electrical systems, and facility equipment. Support facility maintenance activities including plumbing, electrical, air systems, and general building upkeep. Utilize computerized maintenance systems and software to document repairs and generate reports. Support hazardous material handling, compliance inspections, waste management, and safety programs as required. Qualifications 5-7+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment. Strong experience maintaining and troubleshooting CNC machines, lathes, mills, grinders, presses, and machine shop equipment. Working knowledge of hydraulic systems including pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, accumulators, filters, and piping. Experience with pneumatic systems and industrial machinery. Experience with machine alignment, calibration, and precision measurement equipment. Welding and fabrication experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Aerospace manufacturing maintenance experience is a plus LI_TSC About our

Pay:
