Millwright Job Description:

C&C Engineering is seeking an experienced Millwright to join our team. This role is responsible for the assembly, repair, and maintenance of equipment used in agricultural processing facilities, including baghouses, conveyors, grain elevators, auger lines, and paddle sweeps. Work will range from replacing bearings and motors to assembling new equipment from parts. The ideal candidate will be able to: Read diagrams (including basic hydraulic and electrical) and maintenance manuals Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues effectively Maintain a safe and clean work environment on job sites Lift or hold heavy pieces of metal in place during welding Work long hours while standing, often in hot conditions Perform tasks in tight spaces and at elevated heights Maintain accurate daily time records Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 3-5 years of millwright or related experience Must be able to read and speak basic English Full-time, year-round employment (all seasons) Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Physical ability to lift/hold heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in hot, tight, or elevated conditions Employee Benefits Full-time employment with overtime opportunities Competitive pay starting at $20+ per hour, depending on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan Vacation and holiday pay Life Insurance & AD&D coverage Employee clothing budget Employee referral program About Us C&C Engineering is a family-owned business based in Meridian, CA.
