Tig Tech Inc. is a family-owned metal fabrication company fabricating and installing steel work for large apartment projects across California. We're looking for a dependable Field Install Crew Member who takes pride in their work and wants a long-term opportunity—not just another job.

What You'll Do Install metal stairs, rails, awnings, fencing, etc. on construction projects Work on job sites throughout Northern California (occasional Southern California travel) Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Work with a small crew to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Typical Weekly Schedule Monday-Wednesday:

Travel to job sites (hotel provided + meal per diem)

Thursday:

Travel home or remain on-site depending on project needs

Friday:

Shop work in Redding if field work gets completed

Weekends:
