Commercial/Industrial HVAC Lead Installation Technician

We are currently hiring a Commercial/Industrial HVAC Lead Installation Technician who is also capable of performing basic service and troubleshooting work when needed. This full-time position involves installation of new construction and existing systems on a range of HVAC systems in commercial and light industrial settings. The HVAC Lead Installation Technician is a senior role that involves installing Commercial HVAC systems while also working with a small team. Key responsibilities include performing installations to company standards, completing paperwork, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires strong technical skills. Core responsibilities

Installation:

Install and upgrade HVAC systems, equipment, and accessories according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.

Supervision and training:

Lead and train junior installers on job tasks on the job site.

Quality assurance:

Perform final checks, including system start-ups, and ensure the installation is completed to high standards.

Technical duties:

Commercial HVAC experience in installation and maintenance.

Required skills and qualifications:

Experience:

Three years of Commercial HVAC experience required. VALID Driver's License required Punctual, hard-worker and ability to work independently

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay:

$30-$45 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
