Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Description:

Superior Skilled Trades is currently hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a leading manufacturing facility in Rockledge, FL. We are seeking experienced maintenance professionals with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities to support production equipment and facility operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Immediate openings available for:

• 4 Technicians on 2nd Shift
• 4 Technicians on 3rd Shift Responsibilities include:
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and production equipment
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing systems
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, schematics, manuals, and maintenance checklists
• Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems including pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, regulators, hoses, and fittings
• Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs efficiently to minimize downtime
• Install and maintain gas-fired ovens, burners, and associated control systems
• Align, level, and balance machinery and equipment components
• Complete maintenance documentation and communicate repair status updates
• Conduct equipment inspections, safety audits, and quality checks
• Follow all HSE, safety, and production standards Qualifications for

Industrial Maintenance Technician:

• Previous industrial maintenance experience required
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills required
• Hydraulics experience preferred but not required
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and maintenance equipment
• Associate degree in a technical field preferred

OR:

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Completion of an apprenticeship program Journeyman card in millwright, machinist, mechanical, or related trade

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, twist, climb, and work in an industrial production setting Benefits once hired by client:
