Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team. The ideal property and equipment tech candidate will be responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and repairing various carwash equipment and systems to ensure smooth operations. Maintain soap levels to ensure carwash is up to working standards.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on carwash machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair water pumps, and carwash systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment
- Fabricate parts when needed
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Analyze and solve complex technical issues
