We are currently seeking career-oriented Foremen looking for steady, long-term work in the Industrial Construction industry. Work with highly skilled teams performing duties on the ground and at height using rope access and other work at height techniques. Crews are typically mobilized for 3-6 weeks at a time and average 60-84 hours/week during deployments at client sites nationwide. We pay all travel expenses AND overtime (see details below)!
Responsibilities:
Projects may include rigging and climbing, hydro-blasting, NDT inspections, masonry and concrete repairs, painting/coatings, insulation, welding and electrical work. As an Industrial Access employee, you will: Coordinate project goals and priorities with the PM Allocate labor and resources on a daily basis per task Supervise crew, monitor work hours and report time daily Ensure schedules and task completions are met and documented Monitor Safety and enforce company safe work practices Maintain and service tools/vehicles/equipment Ideal candidates will have experience with any of the following: Inspections and assessments, Welding
  • Structural, Painting & Coatings, Steel Fabrication, FRP Maintenance, Demolition, Electrical, Concrete, Masonry, NDT
  • Non-Destructive Testing, Insulation & Lagging, UAV/Drone
  • FAA Licensed, AWL
  • Aviation Warning Light Systems, LPS
  • Lightning Protection Systems, Scaffolding
  • Fixed & Suspended, Rope Access
  • SPRAT/IRATA, Millwright, Rigging & Hoisting, Heavy Equipment Operation, Engineering Required skills and experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a crew lead or site supervisor in a construction environment relevant to Industrial Access Experience with time tracking systems/applications, and other general business and construction technologies. Willingness to travel extensively, with assignments lasting 1-3 months at a time. Ability to work 70-80 hours per week, including weekends and holidays when necessary. MUST be comfortable working at height and within confined spaces Good physical strength and stamina
  • capable of lifting/carrying up to 75lbs.
Able to work in extreme weather conditions Must pass pre-employment and random drug screening Must pass background check Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a clean MVR What's in it for YOU?
