This Equipment Maintenance Technician gig is built for people who want respect, reliable work, and paychecks that feel right. Your Skills 5+ years of experience as an Injection Molding Technician or Industrial Maintenance Technician required Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and IMM operations Experience troubleshooting hydraulic systems and electronic controls Ability to systematically diagnose and resolve equipment issues Excellent communication and teamwork skills High School Diploma or GED required Industrial Maintenance training or technical degree preferred Ability to stand for 8+ hour shifts Frequently lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. The Day to Day Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines, molding robots, and plastic processing equipment Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections on manufacturing equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and machine diagrams Troubleshoot high and low voltage machine control systems Repair or replace defective machine components as needed Collaborate with maintenance teams and production departments to minimize downtime Maintain a safe and organized work environment Your Rewards Strong, steady pay.
