Job Description

Now Hiring Millwright! Agricultural Construction & Industrial Installation About the Role Join a growing and well‑established company specializing in agricultural construction, deconstruction, and rigging . As a Millwright , you'll play a key role in dismantling existing grain equipment and constructing grain elevators, conveyors, and processing systems. You'll also work in our custom fabrication shop , building specialized equipment for installation in agricultural and industrial processing plants. This position serves both local and national clients and focuses on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical equipment. If you enjoy hands‑on work, variety in your day, and being part of a skilled team, this is a great long‑term opportunity. Key Responsibilities Assemble and erect steel structures and equipment Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints Perform non‑critical welding tasks (stick and MIG) Establish equipment centerlines and elevations Execute complex rigging and lifting operations Install machinery and components, including anchoring, leveling, and alignment Assist with fabrication, repair, and maintenance of agricultural equipment Preferred Skills & Experience Strong mechanical aptitude Proficiency with power tools and hand tools Welding experience (stick and MIG preferred) Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings Experience with fabrication, hydraulics, pipe fitting, and preventive maintenance Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of mechanical experience Comfortable working at heights Willingness to travel up to 50% Why Join Our Team? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
