  • We're looking for a Millwright Superintendent to lead field operations on agricultural and industrial processing projects across the U.
S. This role is built for someone who can lead a crew, stay hands-on, and drive production in fast-paced environments. If you've worked in seed, grain, feed, or food processing facilities and know how to run work the right way—we want to talk. What You'll Do Lead and supervise 6-10 person traveling millwright crews Stay hands-on while driving daily production and jobsite performance Plan and execute work in active industrial environments
Oversee:
Structural steel and PEMB erection Processing equipment installation Installation of insulated metal panels (IMP) and metal building siding systems Mechanical system installation Coordinate with project management and field teams to keep projects on schedule Demonstrate leadership by promoting and maintaining a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across all job sites Travel & Schedule 100% nationwide travel 10 days on / 4 days off rotation Company truck provided Flights home covered for scheduled time off Compensation & Benefits $110,000+ annual earnings (based on experience) Per diem (paid for days worked) Profit sharing + discretionary bonuses
