We are looking for team members that are self-motivated, maintain a positive attitude, and have a commitment to learning the diverse field of modern dairy manure handling equipment and service. A successful applicant will build trust with customers and maintain the relationship with integrity and dedication. This position includes servicing, installing, maintaining and rebuilding manure pumps; separators; piping; valves; and automated controls. A mechanical, electrical, welding/fabricating, and/or agriculture background is desired.

Position Qualifications:

• Stick/arc and Mig welding required, Tig is a plus.
• Able to operate small equipment, like a forklift.
• Follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Gather information and troubleshoot when necessary.
• Provide own hand tools and welding hood.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and pass a background check.
• Available to work out of town for short periods of time, up to a week at a time.

Per diems are offered for overnight stays.
