Maintenance Millwright

Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Millwrights for projects located in or around Nampa, ID. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $29-$35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on CNC machinery, welding systems, cranes, and forklifts Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems Maintain facility infrastructure, including air lines, lighting, and general shop safety Keep accurate logs of inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance Work collaboratively and adapt to training on specialized steel production machinery

Requirements:

Previous maintenance experience in heavy manufacturing or steel fabrication preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, industrial environment Commitment to safety and use of required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, gloves) Company Details Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
