Schedule:

• Monday
• Friday, day shift
• Some Saturdays as needed
• Flexible schedules: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, assembly, and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs as needed
• Set, level, and align equipment using precision measuring tools
• Follow blueprints, layouts, and technical drawings to complete work accurately
• Inspect equipment and make adjustments to ensure proper operation
• Maintain safe work practices in both shop and field environments
• Complete additional tasks as needed to support operations Leadership Responsibilities (Foreman Level)
• Oversee and direct crew activities on job sites to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Coordinate daily job tasks, manpower, and workflow to keep projects on schedule
• Take responsibility for overall job performance, including quality, productivity, and timelines
• Ensure all work meets company standards as well as customer expectations
• Provide guidance, direction, and accountability for crew members in the field
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to strengthen overall crew capability
• Communicate effectively with leadership, customers, and team members regarding job progress and issues
• Address performance concerns and help resolve on-site challenges as they arise

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Completion of a millwright apprenticeship or comparable hands-on mechanical experience
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
• Ability to interpret blueprints, layouts, and technical drawings
• Experience using alignment tools and precision measuring equipment
• Comfortable working in industrial settings, including shop and field environments
• Physically able to perform job duties, including lifting up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, and work in awkward positions as needed
