About the Role As an Industrial Facilities Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our production environment by maintaining complex machinery and electrical infrastructure. You will be responsible for proactively identifying equipment needs and executing precise repairs to minimize downtime and maximize output efficiency. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive mechanical and electrical maintenance on high-speed packaging lines, conveyors, and blow molding equipment. Execute advanced troubleshooting on 480V and 3-phase motor systems to ensure continuous facility productivity. Interpret complex electrical schematics and blueprints to diagnose and resolve technical failures efficiently. Manage the installation and calibration of new industrial systems to support operational growth. Maintain rigorous machine safety standards through regular inspections and proactive component repair. Document all maintenance activities and repair logs to ensure compliance and operational transparency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and facility workflows. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Proven experience in industrial maintenance, specifically with mechanical and electrical systems. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and diagnosing 120/208/240/480 voltage systems. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical component repair. Demonstrated expertise in industrial electrical troubleshooting and machine diagnostics. Preferred Skills Prior experience within food, plastic, or high-speed packaging manufacturing environments. Familiarity with CNC machine setup and changeover procedures. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to team-based maintenance tasks.
