Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced Millwrights for a 2-month industrial project in the Indianapolis, Indiana area . Ideal candidates hold a Red Seal certification, have strong leadership and supervisory skills, and demonstrate proficiency in automation, conveyors, ASRS, pallet racking, and mezzanine installations.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise millwright teams on industrial installation projects. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot conveyor systems, automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), pallet racking, and mezzanines. Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Accurately track project hours and maintain detailed reporting. Communicate effectively using Microsoft Outlook for emails and project coordination. Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools.
Qualifications:
Red Seal Millwright Certification (preferred). Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry experience. Proven leadership and supervisory experience. Experience with automation systems, conveyor systems, ASRS, pallet racking, and mezzanines. Proficient in time tracking, reporting, and using Microsoft Outlook. Valid driver's license required. Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have your own tools? Can you speak Spanish? How large of a team have you supervised? Do you have Osha 30?
