We are currently adding an Industrial Equipment Technician to our team in La Grange, KY. This is a great opportunity for someone mechanically inclined who enjoys working with tools, troubleshooting equipment, and learning hands-on skills in a growing industry. Prior industry experience is helpful, but not required for entry-level applicants willing to learn. Position Overview In this role, you'll assist with the maintenance, setup, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial packaging machinery used in manufacturing and warehouse environments. You'll work directly with experienced technicians while gaining practical experience with electrical, mechanical, and motor-driven equipment. Daily Responsibilities Assist with diagnosing and repairing industrial packaging equipment Perform preventative maintenance and machine inspections Help repair electric motors, belts, rollers, and mechanical components Learn proper troubleshooting procedures and repair methods Support equipment setup and testing Maintain clean and organized work areas Assist senior technicians during customer service calls Follow company safety procedures and best practices Qualifications Mechanically inclined with hands-on ability Basic experience using hand tools and power tools preferred Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to learn quickly and follow instruction Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation required Experience in automotive repair, welding, maintenance, farming equipment, construction, electrical work, HVAC, or similar trades is a plus.
