Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional to handle welding, fabrication, and installation tasks for industrial equipment and structural steel. You will manage four simultaneous projects, ranging from structural fabrication and new construction to conveyor repairs and equipment installations.
Site Conditions:
You will operate within manufacturing facilities, construction zones, and industrial sites. Candidates should be prepared for diverse site conditions and working at heights. Travel time to and from various locations is fully compensated.
Core Duties:
Execute MIG and flux core welding tasks on industrial machinery and structural steel components Provide essential maintenance and repair welding for conveyor systems Support equipment installation by rigging, fitting, and welding parts into position Fabricate structural steel elements to facilitate new construction initiatives Analyze and translate complex blueprints and fabrication schematics Ensure all work meets high-quality standards to help maintain a safe environment for the entire team Coordinate and oversee four active projects concurrently to ensure timely completion
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in MIG and Flux Core welding, vertical position welding, and blueprint interpretation is required. You must be comfortable working at heights, with prior industrial experience highly valued.
Preferred Expertise:
Experience with structural steel fabrication, conveyor system repairs, equipment installation, new construction, and managing multiple concurrent projects.
Physical Demands:
The role requires the ability to work at heights on aerial lifts, structural steel, or platforms. You must also be capable of lifting and moving heavy industrial materials.

OSHA 10-Hour Certification Ability to interpret technical blueprints
