Journeyman Remodeler

Job description: Must be able to work effectively and efficiently for a minimum of eight hours Must be consistently available for scheduled shifts Must be able to safely lift a minimum of fifty pounds Must be able to learn and execute a wide variety of construction knowledge and skills Must be able to work in an outdoor environment and tolerate reasonably hot and cold conditions Must be able to safely and effectively climb and work from ladders, scaffolding and elevated surfaces Must be able to properly operate (or learn to properly operate) a wide variety of power tools and construction equipment Must be able and willing to follow the leadership of management to execute tasks Must maintain a professional attitude while performing tasks Must maintain a positive and professional relationship with management, fellow crew members and customers Must perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the crew leader

Job Requirements:

Must be at minimum a Journeyman Level Remodeler Must have a MINIMUM of 2 years' experience directly in commercial or residential remodeling, preferably both. This experience MUST have been gained while working with a licensed, professional company.
