What You'll Be Doing Operate and assist with mobile and stationary equipment to support quarry production activities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on equipment and plant systems Load, move, and stockpile materials to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards Support team members across multiple functions to meet production and safety goals What Are We Looking For Ability to safely operate or learn to operate heavy equipment in a quarry environment Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting Willingness to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and adapt to changing priorities Effective communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
