We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Awning Manufacturing & Installation Technicians. This is an excellent opportunity for contractors, handypersons, or anyone eager to build a long-term career while learning valuable trade skills. Position Overview This is a full-time position involving both the manufacturing and installation of high-quality residential and commercial awnings. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, using ladders, and handling trade tools safely and efficiently. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Install residential and commercial awnings at job sites located within approximately one hour of our Melrose, MA location. Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of awnings at our on-site workshop. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Qualifications Valid driver's license required. Previous experience with tools, construction, installation, or related trades preferred. Ability to work safely and efficiently outdoors and on ladders. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong references required. Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Some Saturdays may be required. Overtime opportunities available. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $21-$25 per hour, depending on experience. Paid time off. Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
