Position Summary The production and installation Technician is responsible for tasks across the modular building production process. Skill groups include kit and cut, assembly, finish, and installation. Technicians may work in one or more skill areas depending on training, ability, and operational needs. As skills increase and are demonstrated consistently, employees may become eligible for higher compensation. This role supports both in-factory production, and on-site installation and repair of modular buildings nationwide. Key Responsibilities Assist in the construction of commercial buildings using SIP panels Install interior and exterior trim, fixtures, and hardware Perform detailed touch-ups and corrections to ensure a polished final product Operate both hand and power tools safely and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines Maintain a clean and safe job site

Pay:

$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
