Job Description

Our client, the construction industry, is seeking a Field Lead (Sheetmetal & HVAC) to join their team. As a Field Lead (Sheetmetal & HVAC), you will be part of the operations supporting construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

  • What's the Job?
  • + Support the successful execution of construction projects by assisting in planning, coordination, and supervision of field activities.
+ Lead daily field activities on smaller projects or assist Foremen and Senior Leads on larger ones, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to standards. + Coordinate manpower needs, verify layout and installations, and maintain an organized, professional jobsite environment. + Conduct safety meetings, enforce safety policies, and promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability. + Maintain accurate documentation, communicate effectively with team members, and support project progress and resource needs.
  • What's Needed?
  • + High school diploma or equivalent required; skilled trade education preferred.
+ Minimum 2-4 years of field experience in construction leadership or crew lead roles. + Ability to read a measuring tape and operate personal tools needed for your trade. + Valid driver's license and insurability if operating company vehicles. + Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; OSHA 30 certification required.
