MILLWRIGHT
Join our Team!! We are looking for a motivated, self-driven, reliable individual who is interested in an amazing career opportunity here with Mechanical Systems Inc. The ideal candidate for our millwright position should have a minimum of 2 years' experience, perform tasks within the scope of work and deadlines set, and work well independently as well as with a team. Mechanical Systems, Inc. is a family owned company, specializing in the industry of Pipefitting, Welding, and many more construction-related skills. Job Duties include but are not limited to: Install, maintain, repair machinery and equipment Ability to identify problems with machinery and equipment Ability to determine extent of repairs required, material or parts needed, and estimate time required to complete repairs Read and Interpret blueprints, schematics and detailed repair drawings related to construction equipment and machinery Dismantle equipment when required for repair or transportation and reassemble it at the appropriate time Move equipment to appropriate site for repair or maintenance to avoid contamination or workplace safety hazards Create solid foundations for machines on-site and instruct other workers about safe and efficient interaction with machinery and equipment Align and calibrate machinery and equipment parts as required for efficient and safe operations Grind and file machinery parts both on-site and in controlled circumstances Travel to construction sites to meet project-based needs Direct workers when interacting with or using equipment Comply with regulations and safety requirements Perform other duties as required
Required Skills Experience:
2-5 years
Education:
High School Diploma/GED Travel is Required Meet other additional customer requirements Must have a valid driver's license Drug Test is required before hiring
