What You'll Do:

Harvest season (June

• October) Responsible for the efficient operation of the pea harvesters, sweet corn harvesters, and any other equipment used in our planting and harvesting operations.

Serve as a supervisor/mechanic for field operations. Train other field employees in the safe, proper, and efficient operation of field equipment. Assist in the planting and harvesting of crops. Preventative Maintenance Season (November

• May): Overhaul and repair of machinery and vehicles used in field operations.

Maintain Lakeside company vehicles

What You'll Bring:

Prior experience with preventative maintenance, machine adjustments, and harvesting procedures is preferred, willing to provide on the job training High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Valid driver's license is required, CDL a plus Positive attitude Strong work ethic Safety mindset
