Millwright Project Manager and Sales

Duties Lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of millwright projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality expectations, and timelines Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to deliver successful outcomes on time and within scope Develop detailed project proposals, scope definitions, and technical specifications for diverse industrial installations Cultivate new business opportunities through proactive pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and technical consultations Conduct product demos to showcase machinery capabilities and tailor solutions to meet client needs Engage in technical sales efforts by understanding customer requirements, presenting solutions, and closing deals effectively Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze project requirements and develop innovative solutions utilizing technologies such as computer networking, AWS (Amazon Web Services), VMware, Linux, Azure cloud platform, Python scripting, Bash (Unix shell), and analysis tools Maintain strong relationships with clients post-project completion to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business Requirements Proven experience in project management within industrial or manufacturing environments with a focus on millwright services or machinery installation Strong sales background with experience in pre-sales activities and technical product demonstrations Technical proficiency in computer networking, AWS cloud services, VMware virtualization platforms, Linux operating systems, Azure cloud platform, Python programming language, Bash scripting (Unix shell), and analysis skills Excellent communication skills for engaging clients during product demos and technical discussions Ability to analyze complex technical data and develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple projects Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Join us as a Millwright Project Manager and Sales professional where your expertise will drive impactful projects while expanding our market reach. $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
