Family‑owned, supportive, and team‑focused About the Role We're looking for a skilled Millwright to join our team and take on hands‑on work involving the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and grain‑handling structures. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working with their hands, and tackling projects that vary from day to day. You'll be part of a crew that values craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork. What You'll Do Meet at the central shop each morning, then travel with the team to different job sites. Weld, fabricate, and repair grain bins, grain elevators , platforms, and handrails. Work with machinery components including drive chains, gearboxes, bearings, belts , and other mechanical systems. Perform machinery alignment, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance. Assist with heavy equipment and structural repairs. Rely on technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide your work. Maintain strict adherence to company and industry safety protocols. What You Bring Essential Skills & Experience Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on problem‑solving ability. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings . Proficiency with precision tools and measuring instruments. Experience in MIG and TIG welding and general fabrication. Experience working with mechanical systems such as chains, bearings, belts, and gearboxes. Physical capability to work in heights, confined spaces, and varying weather conditions . Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required) Carpentry, construction, conduit, wiring, or electrical experience. Forklift operating skills. Familiarity with structural steel construction or erecting metal buildings. Ability to pass all pre‑employment screenings, including drug testing. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
