Job Description
SealMaster is the leading Manufacturer of Pavement Maintenance Products and Equipment. We are seeking a Highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance and must be adept at troubleshooting and repairing various equipment. This role requires a logical approach to problem-solving, as well as the ability to analyze systems and perform necessary repairs efficiently. Strong opportunity for career advancement based on performance and skillset. Duties Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Analyze equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions Perform Mig and other welding techniques as needed for repairs. Collaborate with team members to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from production staff. Assist in technical sales by providing insights on equipment capabilities and maintenance needs. Troubleshoot and repair rental equipment All other designated tasks to assist the company Property & Grounds Maintenance Experience Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques is essential. Experience with pneumatics Experience with Hydraulic Systems Small Engine Repair Piping/Pipe Threading Proficiency in Mig/Stick/ or Tig welding methods is a plus. Very Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues effectively. Excellent communication skills, demonstrating commitment to customer service.
