The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial mechanics and be adept at maintaining and repairing machinery within a manufacturing facility. This role requires a keen understanding of mechanical systems, as well as the ability to work with various tools and equipment. The Millwright will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our equipment and systems. Duties Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in accordance with specifications. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities. Troubleshoot mechanical issues using tools such as an ohmmeter and other diagnostic equipment. Work with hydraulic systems to ensure proper functionality. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and operational procedures. Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs or installations. Collaborate with technical sales teams to provide insights on machinery performance and requirements. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing maintenance tasks. Requirements Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or similar role within a manufacturing facility. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical documentation. Strong understanding of hydraulics and mechanical systems. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. Experience with CMMS software is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
