Millwright / Welder B)

Nature & Objective:

The Millwright provides support for inspection, troubleshooting, repair, removal, & installation of rotating equipment. Duties will also involve welding structural steel / piping, & helping with associated equipment, and other mechanical activities that include but are not limited to these items. C) Reports to : Company-Assigned Mechanical Supervisor D)

Position Qualifications:

Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in welding, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, removing, & installing rotating equipment assessed as qualified by Company Management. Requires strong communication, good organizational skills, quality craftsmanship, & strong knowledge of industry standard safe work practices E)

Compensation:

Compensation for this position will be dependent upon qualification assessment as performed by Company Management F) Responsibilities include the following: Employee must be willing to prioritize the various aspects of work to be performed as follows: 1. Safety

Metering Pumps 2. Screw Pumps 3. Gear Pumps 4. Centrifugal Pumps 5. Mills 6. Compressors 7. Conveyors o Operates forklift, manlifts, & other necessary equipment to perform various tasks o Troubleshoots & repairs mechanical equipment o Laser-Alignment equipment experience is a plus o Must be willing to be on-call as required o Must be willing to travel when required o Must be willing to work night shift as required o Must be willing to take direction & be able to apply it as directed by Company Management o Must be willing to serve as a leader when needed for various mechanical tasks o Projects a positive, "can-do" attitude to all customers o Ability & willingness to teach the millwright craft trade to others o Other miscellaneous maintenance duties as requested G Physical Requirements o Must be able to lift a minimum of 75lbs. o Must be in a physical condition that will allow walking long distances o Must be able to work in high places (no fear of heights) o Must be able to work in any environment (heat, cold, rain) o Must be able to physically work up to 84 hours a week, if necessary o Must be able to stand for a long period of time o Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, twist, reach and climb o Must be able to work in confined spaces o Must be well-groomed o Must have good personal hygiene
