General Duties:

Understanding and execution of processes used for log home restoration (staining, chinking, caulking, masking, etc) Operating all necessary equipment safely and efficiently (paint sprayers, pressure washers, scaffolding, chink pumps, chainsaws, sanders, power tools, etc) Set up, utilize, move, and take down ladders of various sizes, including extension ladders Safely and responsibly operate company trucks with bumper pull trailers Utilize project management software proficiently Responsible for equipment care, maintenance, and organization

Physical Demands:

Lifting and carrying 50 lbs. routinely, occasionally >50lbs. Working at heights above 10 feet, including from extension ladders Some periods of overhead work Standing for extended periods Bending, crouching, kneeling, grasping regularly throughout the day Ability to work in a full range of environmental elements; temperatures have ranged from approximately 10 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit What we can offer you:
