Maintenance Mechanic / Millwright $33.78-$38.31/hr | Pension | Day-One Benefits ND & MN | Relocation Available We're hiring experienced Maintenance Mechanics / Millwrights to support long-term operations at multiple manufacturing plants in North Dakota and Minnesota. This is a hands-on, mechanical role for people who take pride in doing the work right and want long-term stability. This role is not for everyone, it includes 12-hour rotating shifts and rural plant locations, but for the right person, it offers excellent pay, strong benefits, and real job security. What You'll Do Perform industrial maintenance on plant equipment including inspection, repair, alignment, balancing, and refurbishment Troubleshoot mechanical issues and optimize equipment performance Work closely with production to ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently Perform fabrication and joining work including welding, cutting, brazing, and soldering Weld carbon steel (SMAW & GMAW) and stainless steel (SMAW) Support preventive and corrective maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment What We're Looking For You are likely a fit if you have industrial millwright or heavy plant maintenance experience , such as: Maintenance Mechanic / Industrial Maintenance Technician Millwright (union or non-union) Plant Mechanic / Manufacturing Maintenance Requirements (one of the following): 2-year technical degree plus 2+ years of industrial millwright experience OR completion of a state-approved millwright apprenticeship OR high school diploma/GED plus 5+ years of consecutive industrial millwright experience Candidates must be able to pass: Millwright, welding, and basic skills testing Safety screening Pay & Schedule $33.78/hr entry level Progression up to $38.31/hr 12-hour rotating shifts Overtime opportunities Benefits (Day One) Medical, vision, free dental Pension + 401(k) with company match Paid PTO, holidays, sick time, parental leave Life insurance & disability coverage Tuition reimbursement & employee assistance program Location Multiple manufacturing plants across North Dakota and Minnesota Rural locations — relocation assistance provided If you're an experienced millwright or industrial maintenance mechanic looking for stable work, strong pay, and long-term benefits , this is worth a conversation.
